The Firm represents Homeowners’ Associations in collecting unpaid assessments, enforcing the association’s governing documents, handling disputes and dealing with contractors, land use disputes, and in eminent domain/inverse condemnation proceedings. In addition, the Firm counsels multiple Homeowners’ Associations and their Boards of Directors in the Central Florida area regarding the day to day operations of the Association, including developing and amending of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and other governing documents.
