Mr. Ardaman relishes challenges, particularly when confronted with problems others couldn’t solve. A determined and creative legal practitioner, Mr. Ardaman is a persistent advocate for his clients’ objectives. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984 and is Board Certified by the state Bar in City, County and Local Government Law.
Over the course of his 35-year career at Fishback Dominick, Mr. Ardaman has represented local governments, businesses, landowners, developers, property/homeowner and condominium owner associations and others in administrative proceedings, civil litigation, special master hearings, appeals, land use and development projects, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, public records law matters, real estate acquisitions and sales, simple and complex multi-party contracts, projects, and litigation. His areas of expertise include large and complex real estate development projects, private landowners, developers, and homeowner associations.
Mr. Ardaman is president of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association, representing over 400 municipal attorneys statewide. He is a frequent speaker on eminent domain, inverse condemnation, land use and development, and other topics, and has provided presentations to Public Risk Management, the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals (AEDP), and several national organizations.
His leisurely pursuits include reading, bicycling and, because his loves a good challenge, mountain climbing.
